* New accounts are opened solely at the discretion of Dream Cartel PR division.
* New accounts must be under six-month and one-year retainers only.
* Cash winnings are contingent upon initial payment of monthly retainer fee by client. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Cash winnings will be paid within 3 days upon initial payment of monthly retainer fee by client.
* Cash winnings will be paid via choice of cash in person (Metro Los Angeles referrals only), check, or PayPal.
* Contest ends at 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time on July 1, 2010.
